- We currently ship to the United States (48 contiguous states only) and Washington, D.C.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
- Estimated delivery time: 5β10 business days (including processing and shipping).
- Orders are considered delayed or lost if not delivered within 10 business days from the shipment date shown in the shipping confirmation email or tracking details.
- If your order is not delivered within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.
π¦ Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Lost Items
- All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost items are those not delivered within 10 business days from the shipment date shown in the shipping confirmation email or tracking details.
- Damaged, incorrect, or defective items require clear photo or video evidence.
- Lost items: Each case is investigated with the courier before resolution.
- Order ID and SKU (when provided) are required for claims and support requests.
- Resolution: Refunds only. No replacements or exchanges.

- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
π¦ Returns & Refund Eligibility
- No exchanges or replacements are offered. Customers wishing to purchase another item must place a new order.
- All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- All eligible products include a promotional discount applied at checkout, excluding digital products.
- Products purchased with promotional or discounted pricing are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, size, fit, personal preference, or similar reasons.
- Refunds or returns for discounted products are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or qualifies as lost under our Claims Policy.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging where applicable.
- TagsUT a nd SKU labels (when provided) must remain attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost.
- No restocking fee is charged.
π Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
π Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers, including card networks, banks, or payment gateways, are non-refundable.
