These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LuxeHaven website and services (the “Services”).

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LuxeHaven. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have legal parental consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.


2. Products & Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in color, packaging, materials, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or refuse sales of any product at our discretion, including for high-risk or suspicious orders.


3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, pricing errors, or verification issues.

All purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy.


4. Prices, Payments & Fees

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or payment provider fees unless explicitly stated.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (including but not limited to PesaPal, card networks, DPO Group, or banks) are non-refundable.


5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • LuxeHaven is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, except as outlined in our policies.
  • Customers may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or reshipment in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy if the order:
    • Arrives damaged or defective,
    • Is lost in transit, or
    • Experiences significant delivery delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

6. High-Value or Restricted Products

Certain products may require additional verification, signature confirmation, insurance, or delivery restrictions.

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds, replacements, or cancellations in cases where misuse, damage, abnormal use, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact or in violation of our policies may be treated as misuse. We reserve the right to submit evidence to payment providers.


8. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to LuxeHaven and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
