These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LuxeHaven website and services (the “Services”). The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LuxeHaven. Our store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

2. Products & Information Accuracy

3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after successful payment authorization and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, policy violations, stock limitations, or verification concerns.
All purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
4. Prices, Payments & Promotional Discounts

Eligible products and collections may include promotional discounts automatically applied at checkout, excluding digital products unless otherwise specified.
Products purchased with promotional or discounted pricing have restricted return eligibility in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers, including card networks, banks, or payment gateways, are non-refundable.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping is free for U.S. customers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:
- LuxeHaven is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where explicitly stated in our policies.
- Eligibility for refunds, claims, or resolutions is governed exclusively by our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Defective items
- Confirmed lost shipments
- Delays exceeding 10 business days from the shipment date shown in the shipping confirmation email or tracking details
6. High-Value or Restricted Products
Certain products or orders may require additional verification, signature confirmation, identity checks, or delivery restrictions.
We reserve the right to deny refunds, cancellations, claims, or services in cases involving abuse, abnormal activity, excessive disputes, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication or in violation of our policies may be treated as misuse or abuse.
We reserve the right to submit supporting evidence to payment providers, including order records, shipping information, tracking updates, delivery confirmation, communication records, and claim documentation.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
