Shipping Availability
LuxeHaven ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Promotional Pricing
All eligible collections and products include promotional price reductions automatically applied at checkout, excluding digital products.
Products purchased with promotional or discounted pricing have restricted return eligibility as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for U.S. customers.
Estimated Delivery Times
- 2โ7 business days after shipment (as shown in the shipping confirmation email or tracking details).
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, import taxes, or related governmental charges where applicable.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses.
LuxeHaven is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Undeliverable / Returned Shipments (RTS)
If delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, the order is not eligible for refund or replacement.
If the shipment is returned to sender (RTS), the order remains non-refundable.
In Return-to-Sender (RTS) cases, reshipment is available only upon request. Customers are responsible for all reshipping and related costs, which must be paid in full prior to reshipment.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the shipping information provided is accurate, complete, and deliverable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, LuxeHaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or other logistical circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure
LuxeHaven is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, customs delays, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or other unforeseeable events. Delivery timelines may be extended in such cases.
